A specific Healthy People 2020 goal focuses on reducing the percentage of people who watch more than 2 hours of TV per day. - The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) created U.S. Physical Activity Guidelines that recommend for adults to get a minimum of 150 minutes of moderate physical activity each week (e.g., 30 minutes 5 days per week) or to perform 75 minutes of vigorous activity each week. Please explain whether you believe 150 minutes of moderate physical activity or 75 minutes of vigorous physical activity is more realistic for someone and describe why.
- Complete Lab 7A by monitoring your physical activity over a week’s time and describe your results. Explain if you feel as if you will utilize moderate physical activity as your lifetime physical activity plan now or in the future.
