Physically Demanding Hobbies, We All Need Them
I feel like a lot of guys devote too much time to things that involve primarily mental work and lose sight of developing more outward, physical hobbies - things that you can only get good at with daily practice and physical coordination vs. skills that you can develop just sitting on your ass in front of a computer. I'm not saying to lose sight of what you're passionate about, but I feel like we could come up with a list of more outward based, physical hobbies and everyone should have to choose one to spend some time getting good at as a matter of personal development.
